When are there Live DJs?
Kassi Beach Club hosts local DJs playing vibrant coastal beats daily, Friday - Sunday, 11am - 7pm. 


How do I book a reserved area?
All private and reserved seating can be booked through our website at Kassibeach.com/reservations. Be sure to click ‘Kassi Beach Club’ and you will be directed towards our opentable reservation page. Select your party size, date, and time, then hit “Find a Table’*. Select the experience you wish to book and follow the remaining steps to secure your booking. 

*If you do not see any availability when searching for a table, make sure you are looking for times between 11am - 7pm, Friday - Sunday. If you still do not see times, we may be fully booked, send us an email at beachclub@kassibeach.com to verify.


Is general admission complimentary?
General admission at Kassi Beach Club is complimentary for all guests. General admission does not include seating. All seated areas are by reservation only. If you wish to reserve a place to sit, please visit kassibeach.com/reservations for details and availability.


What is the difference between a regular cabana and a premium cabana?
Main difference is size and location. You also get 2 extra lounge chairs with a premium, and you’re in an elevated space away from the pool deck. Further from the pool itself, but more space for you and your guests!


What is the dress code?
Stylish beachwear! Jerseys or offensive material on clothing are prohibited. 


Are outside food and drinks permitted? Can I bring a cooler? Can I bring my own speaker?We allow one outside beverage per person, as long as it’s open and in a provided to-go cup. We do not allow coolers. We do not allow speakers. 


Can I bring in an outside cake/dessert?
We do allow outside desserts ONLY in cabanas, however cabana refrigerators do have limited space and we are not able to store cakes in the kitchen, so small cakes are recommended.

What time is your kitchen open?
Our kitchen opens at 11am, with last call for food orders at 5pm.


What time is check in?
Check-in takes place from 11am-2pm, however we do have a 15 minute grace period, with a 15 minute grace period. After 2pm, it is possible that the Kassi host team will sell the reserved space to another guest.


Does my reservation grant me the space for the entire day? Can we leave and come back later?
The reserved space is yours until you close out your check! If you leave the beach club, you must advise your server that you are leaving and will be coming back, otherwise we reserve the right to resell the space. We also reserve the right to close out the check with the authorized card on file if you fail to return before closing. 


If we have brunch inside does that apply to our minimum?
No.


Do I need to have a physical form of ID?
Yes.


Does my deposit get reimbursed?
Your deposit is applied to your minimum at the close of your experience. If you need to cancel, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice in order to get your deposit back. Within 24 hours, deposits are not returned. 


How many people can fit in a standard/premium cabana?
Standard cabanas fit 6 guests comfortably. Premium cabanas fit 8 guests comfortably.


Are floatation devices allowed?
No.


Are all of the daybeds poolside?
Yes.


Are towels provided?
Yes - towels are provided in each reserved area, along with an additional towel bin located near the entrance of the beach club.
